This simple method of calculating Body Mass Index (BMI) is considered reliable and internationally recognized. However, it does not take into account key factors such as bone structure or muscle mass. For example, if someone is muscular and exercises, their BMI may overestimate body fat, while a loss of muscle mass could lead to an underestimation of body fat. For more individualized results, we apply high-precision body composition analysis using the Bioelectrical Impedance method.
