Digital Products and Subscription Services

Digital products (such as e-books, downloadable files, and subscription-based nutrition coaching services through online packages) are delivered or activated immediately after purchase.

By completing the purchase and gaining access to the digital content or subscription service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they waive their right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU legislation on distance contracts for digital content.

Subscription Services

Subscription cancellation applies only to future billing periods and does not entitle the customer to a refund for any period during which the service has already been accessed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Physical Products

For physical products delivered to the customer, the right of withdrawal applies within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event that a defective or damaged product is received, the customer must contact the Company within a reasonable period after delivery, providing a description of the issue and photographic evidence, so that the request for replacement or refund can be evaluated.
